Can someone with sufficient privileges add this to
www.squid-cache.org/Devel/guidelines.html and restore the the link to this
page from the Developers Corner page (Devel/index.html). And while you are at
it please also change the section about indent to empasis that one MUST use
GNU indent 1.9.1, no other indent version or patches. [suggestion attached]

Guidelines

• Use ANSI C.
• Keep in portability in mind. Test your changes on different platforms.
• Format code with GNU indent version 1.9.1 and these options
  ``indent -br -ce -i4 -ci4 -l80 -nlp -npcs -npsl -d0 -sc -di0 -psl''
  DO NOT attempt using any other version of indent
• Submit diffs with ``diff -Nur old new''
• Squid uses automake, so any makefile changes must be done in Makefile.am, NOT Makefile.in.
• On any changes to Makefile.am files or configure.in, run ./bootstrap.sh to regenerate automake/autoconf derived files.
