RE: Bugzilla#231, cygwin-B20 _sys_nerr not found

Sorry, didn't know about it...

Squid will not run well on Cygwin B20, it's missing a lot compared to
cygwin 1.1 which I did the update for (including IIRC, non-blocking
I/O). IMO, this is a NFF.
