need help abt acl

i want help about acl.
can u explain how aclMatchAclLis works? it is called from forward.c to get getoutgoing address.

i also want to know how Config.accessList.outgoing_address is initialized.

and explaination about _SquidConfig structure if possible specially concentrating on acl and ip address related fields.
