I don't think we have one.

But it is almost trivial

1. Disable all stuff you do not need (ICP, snmp, htcp)

2. Install two Squids with different prefix

3. Set http_port differently in each instance.

If using the same binary things gets a little trickier

2. Create two configuration files,

3. Set http_port, cache_dir and log paths differently in each instance

4. Start both Squids. Watch cache.log for complaints and fix the source of
the complaints, if any.
