Default for memory_pools_limit

        If not set (default) or set to zero, Squid will keep all memory it

Also why default is changed from none to 5Mb ?

PS: And why phrase construction "if xxxxxx than yyyyyy " is
chnaged to "if xxxxxxx yyyyyy" ?
For example,
        If off the URLs for icons will always be absolute URLs
        including the proxy name and port.
Without "then" it is a bit unintelligibly
