Agreed, but "looking after users" is not a roadmap item.

Whether focusing on adding new features to Squid2 is better than
focusing on adding those features to Squid3 and working on Squid3
stability is the debate we already had. We could not agree then, and the
situation has not changed now, except that Squid3 became more stable.
IMO, an "enormous user base" is not required to sufficiently test new
ideas, so I am not buying your argument that you have to focus on Squid2
when working on new features.

Fortunately, we do not need to agree to keep moving forward, albeit less
efficiently.

OK. I will wait for more feedback and, if there are no better ideas,
will reorganize the Squid3 roadmap pages.

I am not sure yet. It is possible that "cleaning up the insides" is a
"sweeping internal change" by some metrics.

I hope that it would be much easier to decide when we have _specific_
roadmap items, with commitment from real developers behind them, and a
release deadline.
