Minor f*up on my part. I think the bootstrap 'bzr update' happend just
after I mistakenly committed the min-size patch and before I ran
uncommit to revert it a short while later. Then the 'bzr commit' it does
ran after my uncommit apparently worked.
FWIW: rather than trying to revert each of the repo copies and mirrors
I've opted to take this as the trunk commit, followed it with a polish
to make it behave for 0bytes the same as 2.7 and merged both back to 3.2
(original plan) where the whole patch can be seen in the changeset properly.
