DIFF: Bug 2905 (ext_edirectory_userip_acl)

Temporary Hack to make program work, with current ConvertIP() and new
StringSplit() that was applied today, rev. 11130.

Former code was not reporting that there was the last octet of IP to
process into l->search_ip.
