ftpget function in 1.1.beta8

        The squid.conf of beta8 wrote the ftpget function will be
        automatically disabled under Accel Mode.
        But our proxy cache is running under Accel Mode,
        how do I use ftpget function now?
        or I really have to change the port away from 80?
