cache_stoplist

Hello,

I've just upgraded to squid 1.1 (beta8) and cache_stoplist doesn't seem to
work. For example the following entries have no effect:

cache_stoplist www.domain.com/page.html
cache_stoplist domain.de

I used http_stop in squid 1.0.x and that worked fine...
