demand cache

Hi Squiders,

I have a simple question, actually a howto

I want to be able to set my proxy to access a parent, fetch only from the
parent (Unless it dies of course), and then put a copy into the local
cache.

This is a squid to squid proxy

so :
clent requests page from squid "A"
squid "A" requests page from squid "B" (all the time)
squid "B" fetches direct or delivers from cache to squid "A"
squid "A" has a copy in its cache for future use
client gets page

We appreciate any feedback.
