Squid "descriptor load"

Hi,

  The utilization menu in the cachegmr interface show some current stats
about descriptor usage, but these status are not useful as they are.
What about some "descriptor load" status, using almost the same algorithm
as the unix system load average: "Average number of descriptors in use
during the last 5, 30 and 120 minutes"

  A "maximum descriptor usage in the runtime" would also be good.

  Also, these "maximum" and "average" measurements could be useful
to other parameters, such connections and memory usage.

  Are these easy to include in the sources ? Sorry, I should try it
myself and suggest a patch, but maybe somebody with better knowledge of
the sources could do this faster and better.
