Patch to pass client port number to redirectors

I use this patch because I don't usually need ident information but
occassionally, after a redirect, I would like this information. It
simply modifies the "ident" field to be "ident/port" instead.

Note, after applying the patch you still need to uncomment the new
line of the src/Makefile.
