Received Segment Violation...dying

Dear Squidianer!

Since July "my" Squid 1.1.6 on rs6000 was running successful.
Today I got the following cache.log-message after restart.

97/12/18 06:59:59| Configuring Parent

97/12/18 06:59:59| ICMP socket opened
97/12/18 06:59:59| Ready to serve requests.
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.

Why!

With squid 1.1.10 there was no restarting problem.
