Problem with pb.cache.nlanr.net?

Just a quick question. One of my users noticed that when you go to
http://www.cdnow.com/ you get a message saying, "Sorry, you are forbidden.".
When I disable my cache and go directly there, I get the regular page.

Is there something wrong?
