Try using a proxy auto-config script that sends (say) all .com requests
to the first and all others to the second. See Example #4 in
http://home.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/2.0/relnotes/demo/proxy-live.html.
You don't want to randomly distribute requests as you'll end up with two
copies of everything. You could have each one use the other as its
proxy-only parent for half the world, but it's easier (and faster) to do
it in the browser.
