Re: squid ip cache or local named?

Actually, I would have to say Squid's IP caching...
I installed Bind 4.9.6 on the same machine as SQUID and I had to disable
the dnsserver as well as modify the inet.local
When it boots up I have to pause the squid processes for 30 seconds,
letting the named go up, then the pc starts (FreeBSD 2.2.5) squid and the
rest of the stuff..
kinda annyoing actually....

I'm setting up another squid server that doens't have BIND installed so
I'll be able to compare them both..
