How to config 'FTP Explorer.exe' to use proxy ?

Hi.
  I use Squid 1.1.4 to proxy our intranet client's requests. It works
will with popular web browsers. But some programs, such as 'Ftp
Explorer' or 'CuteFtp', have only options for firewalls.
  Can I config these programs to use proxy servers ?
  What can I do ?
