more details on squid quitting

Hi,

I found now a bit more information why squid suddenly quits. In
/var/log/warn I have the following:

file_open: error opening file /cache/0B/1D/000021DB: (24) Too many open
files
storeSwapInStart: Failed for 'http://somewebsite/somefile'
comm_open: socket failure: (22) Invalid argument

this repeats a few times, but after that there´s nothing any more
written to warn....
