dnsOpenServer: $hello read test failed

OS: Linux 2.0.33
Squid: 1.1.20

I have no problems starting Squid 1.1.10. Now I compiled 1.1.20,
and with the same squid.conf, running RunCache, I get:

dnsOpenServer: $hello read test failed
--> got ''

Thanks for any ideas...
