cachemgr.cgi no more working

Hi,

I have a problem with my cachemgr.cgi ehich runs on another we-server
(not the server which runs squid). It used to worksome time ago, but now
i can login, but then get no information on the page, but only a
"ERROR:220 WinGate Engine FTP Gateway ready". I suppose this is
interpreted by apache, not squid... what could it be?
