If you use squid-1.1.x, you may consider defining err_html_text and
deny_info in the configuration file (squid.conf).
If that does not satisfy your expectations, then you probably need to edit
the errorpage.c in the src directory.

In squid-1.2 language specific error messages can be configured: the only
problem is that there is no Hungarian translation of these messages.
Maybe we should give a try :-)).
