Squid Problem, Solaris 2.6 x86

Hi friends,

I install squid 1.1.22 in my solaris 2.6 x86 Pentium II 266 with
128Mb of RAM and UW SCSI 4Gig, i compile the source with changes
indicated in FAQ but don't run, run 12 hours and lock the machine
using all memory of system, how i can fix this problem?
