connection reset

I'm using transparent proxy with BSD 3.1 ,ipnat
and squid 2.0-RELEASE , sometimes i got message
"connection reset by peer" in browser,
it's also happened in previous 1.2beta25
and 1.1.22+retry.patch.

fyi, my nat/proxy machine forward packets from
the same class C network to cisco router(also in the same segment)
