How to increase file descriptors with kernel 0.36 !

  In order to let squid running with enough filedescriptors, you just
have to rebuild your kernel after modyfing #define NR_OPEN in
Linux files fs.h and limits.h
( for exemple #fdefine NR_OPEN 1024 )
