Nope. Squid can't tell the browser not to use the proxy. This has to be
configured in the browser configuration. The closest you can get is to
configure Squid to deny access to the pages throught the proxy.

It may be possible to extend the web servers logging capability to log
the X-Forwarded-For header that Squid adds.
