We have a unique situation (possibly). We allow everyone within our
state access to our website, but nobody from out of state. We do this
by working with the educational facilities as well as ISPs. If an ISP
has a partial class C block say 208.200.201.0 - 208.200.201.75
how would we go about allowing that partial block while still denying
the rest without having 75 different allow statements. I know for the
entire block it would be simple 208.200.201.0/255.255.255.0, but how
about the partial blocks? Is there an easy way to include them without
individual lines.

Thank you for your assistance.
