If this (https) EVER occurs in any Squid logs then you (or your users)
are using a broken version of Netscape Navigator.
Try to configure Netscape with the known workaround to this browser
problem: Use a different setting for "Security proxy" (for example all
uppercase, and the other proxy settings lower case). Or upgrade to a
version where the bug is fixed. Or always wait at least 15 seconds
before selecing a https link after loading http/ftp/gopher/wais objects.
