Re[2]: configure squid on 2 machine

Setting up the proxies proxy-only is good, but the autoconfiguration file
could be improved. Depending on the timing, you might require both proxies
to respond to a request for one object. If you could deterministically
choose a proxy based on an URL, then that object will only be requested
from one of the two, saving bandwidth between the two proxies.
