A forwarding loop is when Squid sends a request to itself.
Possible causes I can think of:
a) The site has fucked up and had a reference to
http://localhost/images/i_tarih.gif (or a host name which resolves to
127.0.0.1). There seemed to be no such problems with the site in
question today.
b) You have a sibling or child cache which uses the same
visible_hostname
c) You are using transparent interception of port 80 traffic, and there
is a problem with your setup.
