some page are not refreshing???

Hello

The KDE project home page seem that is never refreshed, that is, I go to the
www.kde.org today and tomorrow I go again but squid give me the page of his
cache, even when the original page have changed. Is it something wrong with
the Expire Headers of the KDE site ??
