Getting error Message when RunCache is executed.

Hi,

I've Installed Squid ver 2.2 Stable4 on Linux Redhat 5.2 . When I tried to
start squid by executing RunCache, it is logging an error message in squid.out
saying

" FATAL: Failed to create unlinkd subprocess "

Can anyone give me info why this is happening.
