RFC 2616 says that the presence of a body is signaled by the presence of a
content-length or transfer-encoding header, but it also says that the
response to a HEAD request should be the same as that to a get request, but
without the body.
So does a response to a HEAD request contain the content-length, but no
body, in contradiction to what is said in RFC2616 - 4.3?
