Assertion failure in Squid 2.2S4

I upgraded my Squid RPM from 2.2S3 to 2.2S4 at the Weekend ( Saturday ), and
yesterday morning Bank Holiday it seems
 to have crashed at the first real use of it.

I can't see anything matching comm.c assertion failures in the Buglist or in the
Searchable archive, so I guess this is a new bug
report?

OS upgraded from RedHat 5.1 to 5.2 at the same time - Kernel remained on 2.0.36
as the Kernel had been raised beyond RH5.1
standard 2.0.34 before.

Tails of log shown below, should they be of any assistance. Sorry, but I don't
have a stack dump.
