squid configuration

Greetings,

Is there a way to configure squid to NOT proxy some site ?

i.e. i want my users to connect directly to www.somedomain.com

NOT squid go there and get the info and pass in to my users

or maybe a way to make squid send the client IP address

to pass it on to the destination server instead of squid's

server ip address
