Several users - Same file - Problem?

Hi everyone.
I've got a little problem, that might be solved with the right
configuration, but since
i'm new to squid, you might be able to help me.

When several users (using squid as their proxy) request the same file from
the internet,
squid is making several connections to the WEB, instead of using only one
connection.

Anyone know how to handle this ?
