Using squid with an existing proxy server on the network

Hi there,

is there anybody who knows how to setup Squid 2.0 in a way that it works
with an existing proxy server elsewhere on the network????.
I couldn't find it in the FAQ's or documentation...........

I hope someone has the solution......
