Half closed clients is clients closing their transmit channel to the
proxy while receiving data. There are some rare clients requiring
support for this (which is questionable). The benefit seen when
disabling support for half_closed_clients is that Squid can immediately
detect when a client aborts the connection. When hald_closed_clients is
enabled Squid can only detect aborted connections when it attempts to
transmit data to the client.
