Chang from direct to parent after sometime or failure.

I'm using parent proxy to visit some special websites.I have to add
those wbsites manually to squid.conf frequently. Is it possible that squid can change automatically to parent proxy when I get failure(or tried for some time)
 on visiting some websites directly?
