user rights

Hy All,

i have a question about user rights and access control.
I want to deny some URL´s and speziell IP Addresses.
I know there is a way to deny some "adult" sites in the squid.conf file,
but I think it is not possible to deny all this sites.
So, is it possible to deny IP Addresses?
Can I deny some speziell words like "sex"?
