Hi,
I should explain the situation a bit more. I have the squid box connected
by one interface to the net, which for historic reasons, has a /29 network
aliased to its NIC. On the other interface is my internal network.
The internal network is 203.xx.yyy.129 and I have http_port
203.xx.yyy.129:3128
The external network is 203.aa.bbb.131 and I have http_port
203.aa.bbb.131:80
I am using host headers, proxying and acceleration. I have squirm setup
as the redirector. Everything works fine for people who are connecting to
the sites directly (ie to 203.aa.bbb.131:80) however people on my network
who use the proxy are generating the message:
WARNING: Forwarding loop detected for: (plus the rest)
Again any assistance would be appreciated.
Regards,
Hugh Blandford
