cachemanager time

Hi there,
When I access the cachemanager menu for Squid I always received a bad
time stamp.

                Start Time:
           Thu, 01 Jun 2000 13:21:48 GMT
                Current Time:
           Thu, 15 Jun 2000 19:02:43 GMT
                            ^^^^^^^^^^^^
The System time and the hardware time both were the same 15:07
What could be wrong ?
