[SQU] Cachemgr: Sizes of Cached Docs.

Will Cachemgr give me the sizes of cached documents, and the numbers
of them ?

Eg: 0k- 1k 5000
      1k- 5k 4321
      5k-10k 999
     10k-20k 555

Also, apart from adjusting the "maximum_object_size" and monitoring the
effect on the byte hit rate (and other things ?), is there any way of
finding the optimum value ?
