[SQU] All MISS no HIT ???

Hi guys, howzit going ?

I have a FreeBSD 4.1 box running Squid-2.3STABLE4, everything has been great
on it until a couple of weeks ago when I started getting no "HITS" at all.
I reinstalled Squid cleared the cache etc. and it all worked 100% again, a
couple days later I find that I'm getting no "HITS" at all again ?
Any ideas what the problem could be ?
