[SQU] Auth_modules/ is empty

Thanks for the reminder David,

For anyone downloading squid 2.5, aka squid-head, or any of the development versions from sourceforge, the auth_modules directory is
oblsolete. It should be empty (and if you had an old source tree it may still be in your tree with no files).

The auth_modules which contained helpers for basic authentication is now in src/auth/basic/helpers. The new helpers for ntlm are in
src/auth/ntlm/helpers.

To select a list of helpers to build, configure squid with --enable-_scheme_-auth-helpers="list of helpers" and --enable-auth="list
of auth schemes"

Rob
