Not the same problem. Here Squid at least deletes contents to compensate
for the fact... (notice that the amount used is decreasing quite
rapidly).

Either Squid has managed to repidly stuff way more than intented into
the cache drive, or it lost track and think it has stored more than
there is.

Squid can sometimes loose track on dirty rebuilds with a corrupt
swap.state file.
