[SQU] access denied problem (2)

You know what? I just tried something else, and it seems that now I can't
set up a cache_peer at all.

I tried this

cache_peer 10.1.1.20 parent 8080 0

and I get an access denied error page (ERR_ACCESS_DENIED).

What's up with this?
