Hi,

I suspect that the file permissions on the folder
"/etc/squid/errors" is not set correctly. You should
ensure that the folder is set to user "squid" and
group "root". I would also check that the file
"ERR_READ_TIMEOUT" is set as the user "root" and group
"root".
