I downloaded squid-head-200102200000.tar.gz from squid-cache.org. I
compiled with NTLMSSP, fakeauth, and no_check. NTLMSSP was workin MUCH
better, but as I mentioned before, we _really_ don't need true
authentication. I went ahead and changed my helper to fakeauth_auth and
performance is great.
