I've installed the latest head snapshot, plus the auth_rewrite and ntlm_auth
patches.
Squid has died twice with
FATAL: unexpected state in AuthenticateNTLMFixErrorHeader.
and there are lots of
aclMatchProxyAuth: DUPLICATE AUTH - authentication header on already
authenticated connection!
messages.
I just had it ask me for username and password when using the "back" button
in IE, and this was in cache.log:
